How Often Will I Be Billed?
If you select the monthly option, you will be billed once per month.

If you select the monthly option, you will be billed once per month; typically on the1st or 15th of the month, depending on the date your plan began.
Do I need to Call For My Yearly Maintenance Visits?
NO. We will be more than happy to contact you when your annual visits are due, however, if there is a time that is convenient for you, please call us and we will try to accommodate you.
Will I Automatically Get My 15% Discount Or Do I Need To Ask For It?
You will automatically get the discount.
Can You Transfer My SPP If I Move?
YES. Simply call our Customer Service department at(301) 567-2001.
Is There Any Penalty For Canceling?
NO. You can cancel at any time.
How Do I Cancel?
The best way to cancel is to call Customer Service at(301) 567-2001. Or you can send a letter to our headquarters location. Be sure to include your name, address and phone number. Please allow up to 2 weeks to process your request.
