WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for us, you are the voice of our company! You get to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our Plumbing and HVAC Company running smoothly. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions by phone and in person. Your primary responsibilities will be to convert calls into booked service appointments, resolve customer issues, and maintain / update the customer database with accurate information. You must be professional as you establish customer rapport, participate in trainings, and adhere to company policies for resolving complaints. There will always be a variety of office tasks that you can help with! If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our office team!
- At least 2 years of experience in CSR
- An interest in Sales
- Computer proficiency
